TERMS OF SALE: Cash, Check and as a convenience to you, we may also accept Credit & Debit Card. A $30 returned check fee will be charged for any returned check for insufficient funds. Sales tax may also be charged according to applicable retail sales tax laws or other fees determined prior to the auction. All items must be paid for and removed the day of the sale unless acceptable prior arrangements were made with the auctioneers BEFORE the sale.
PACE OF OUR SALES: We are agents for the seller. We make every attempt to move the sale along at a good pace. We clerk our auctions with a "real time" computer system that provides for faster clerking and efficient settlement after the auction.
MERCHANDISE: We will disclose any chips, cracks, imperfections, or electrical problems noticed, but once the items is sold it is yours and all sales are final. Please inspect the merchandise before you bid. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. There are no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed.
ABSENTEE BIDDERS: We DO allow absentee bidding with prior approval at our auctions. We bid on the absentee’s behalf up to their maximum bid according to the pace of the sale.
